In today\u2019s world, where so much of our lives unfolds online, questions naturally arise:<br>Who governs the internet? Who maintains its infrastructure? And those URLs we share every day, how are they created? Are there rules for naming and allocating domain names?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you start asking questions about the internet, many more follow. The internet often feels like air, unnoticed when it\u2019s working well, but behind it is a complex global ecosystem of organisations and individuals working to keep it open, inclusive, and sustainable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This course invites you to explore those systems and communities, and to better understand the structure and governance of the internet.
