Description:
Starting from the 16th century, it became common to insert illustrations in book-style formats. Most of these were so-called “pouch” binding (fukurotoji), and came in two main sizes, a standard one and a smaller one. This "Isozaki" is considered as rather large book, and the measurements are 34 by 25.8 cm.
